Namaste, and welcome to my little corner of the internet.
My name is Aishwarya Kapur, and this blog is an expression of everything I have lived, practiced, and continue to learn on the path of Yoga. I’ve been deeply rooted in the yogic tradition since childhood, and over the years, my passion for ancient wisdom has only grown stronger. This space was born from a heartfelt desire to make the subtle and profound teachings of Yoga philosophy accessible to anyone who feels called to live more consciously.
Yoga, for me, has never been limited to asanas. It is a way of being. A way of seeing life, self, and the world through clarity and presence. This blog is where I share insights from the sacred texts like the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras, not in abstract or academic ways, but through the lens of real-life experience. These teachings have guided me through personal challenges, helped me understand my mind, and given me tools to stay grounded even in chaos.
I created this space to keep ancient wisdom alive in modern times. Not by simplifying it, but by honoring its depth and showing how relevant it is in today’s world. Yoga is not something separate from our lives. It is the foundation of how we live, breathe, think, and grow. From dharma and detachment to energy, stillness, and the rhythm of nature, every post here is a reflection of my own inner work and the insights that continue to unfold from it.
Alongside this blog, I also share content on my YouTube channel Aishwarya Kapur Yoga, where I create videos centred around yogic philosophy, mantra meditations, Ayurveda, and conscious living. If you’re someone who prefers to absorb wisdom through sound and visuals, you might enjoy the calm, meditative energy I bring into those videos.
If you have ever felt that quiet pull toward something deeper, if you’ve questioned the pace of the world and longed for inner stillness, you’re not alone. I hope this blog and my channel offer you inspiration, perspective, and a sense of connection on your own journey.
Thank you for being here. May this space support your path with wisdom, peace, and purpose.
